When will I know if I achieved WLI or GoGo Japan?

Our team receives final data approximately 4 weeks after the closing month. (For example: data for July/August 2018 will not be available until the end of September).

If I am unable to attend can someone else attend on my behalf?

Achievements are non-transferable. The qualified member will be the only person that can attend the trip.

If I qualify on a second base center can I take my downline?

Achievements on multiple base centers can only be awarded to a spouse or family members.

Will we receive swag bags for this trip?

Yes, NPUSA provides the following items:

  • (1) Lanyard
  • (1) Name Badge
  • (2) Luggage Tags
  • (1) NPUSA Shirt (used on a specific day)
  • Travel Itinerary

Will we be visiting the IZUMIO and Super Lutein Factories?

Yes, both factories have been included in the schedule for the trip.

If I attended the trip last year do I need to attend the factory tours?

Yes, all members attending the trip must participate in all scheduled activities.

If I don't go on the trip can I use the Festa ticket and go on my own?

Festa tickets paid for by NPUSA are only for those that attend the trip with the group. Members who decide NOT to go with the group are responsible for their own arrangements.

Travel Information

Am I able to change my travel dates?

No, a travel policy has been set in place for this incentive trip. Every member will depart and return on the designated travel dates. There will be no changes allowed.

How many bags am I able to take on the trip?

  • (1) carry on
  • (1) personal item
  • (2) checked in bags

* Any excess bags will need to be shipped and paid for by the responsible member.

Can I request to room with a certain member?

Corporate will do their best to accommodate the rooming request, but there will be no guarantees.

What are the Terms & Conditions as they relate to WLI/GoGo Japan?



Terms are applicable during the qualification period as specified within the campaign details. To qualify, meet the requirements stated in the QUALIFICATIONS for the GoGo Japan or WLI Tour incentive campaign. ONLY NPUSA AFFILIATE MEMBERS ARE ABLE TO QUALIFY FOR THE GoGo JAPAN or WLI incentive campaign. Preferred Customers and Retail Customers are not eligible. Qualified members will be notified by an NPUSA representative.


Upon qualification, NPUSA will reward each Affiliate with a GoGo JAPAN TOUR Package which includes a roundtrip ticket from the United States to Tokyo, to stay at accommodations booked by NPUSA, a Welcome Party, full participation in tours and transportation provided by NPUSA, admission for one FESTA World ticket for USA seating at FESTA World Convention, a tour of the Super Lutein manufacturing facility, a tour of the IZUMIO manufacturing facility, a farewell party designated by NPUSA, and free time to explore Tokyo.  WLI achievers will receive a 3-day excursion to Taiwan (2018)/Vietnam (2019) and all of the above.  Incentive Trip dates will be limited to the dates outlined and announced by NPUSA.


Affiliates must comply with all incentive trip specifics such as flight dates, hotel arrangements and tour times.  Affiliates must participate in all incentive trip activities, unless specified by health limitations detailed by a medical professional and NPUSA approval.  All deviations requested by Affiliate, such as cancellation requests which may incur additional cost, will be the responsibility of the Affiliate. Affiliate responsibility will be decided upon by NPUSA where Affiliate will pay for all costs incurred by check, money order or via commissions.  Failure to comply may result (I think this part needs to be defined further. In what way will they be responsible? Will they pay for the costs incurred by us taking it out of their commissions? How much time do they have to pay us back? If they don’t, do we terminate their account? Do we keep their account but disqualify them from future WLI/GoGo campaigns?)


NPUSA reserves the right to remove or modify any qualifications or rewards when deemed necessary without prior notification.  NPUSA reserves the rights to terminate, change the promotion at any time it deems appropriate without prior notice to the Affiliates. NPUSA shall take no liabilities for any claim, loss, damage, cost or expense incurred by any person that arise in relation to this promotion.


Qualification is non-transferable to any other member or third party.  Incentive Trip costs are non-transferable and are not redeemable in cash or form of a payout.  All qualifications will be reviewed upon achieving the incentive trip.

NPUSA has a designated date scheduled to visit the Salon. Members may also visit the Tokyo Salon during their free time to purchase products.
