I never got a confirmation email with an event ticket for my ticket purchase. What is the check-in process on the day of the FESTA World Convention?
For those who purchased the tickets, a confirmation message should have appeared on your screen once your transaction was successfully completed. Please note that a separate confirmation email is not automatically sent upon purchase. Rest assured, if you purchased your ticket before the event sold out, we have your name on our ticket list.

If you would like to verify that you are on the official FESTA World Convention attendee list, or have any questions or concerns about your ticket, please feel free to contact us at (800) 378-0321 or info@npusainc.com.
