Do we have a Farewell Party after the FESTA World Convention this year? If so, can our members from the US and Japan attend like last year?

Yes, there will be a Farewell Dinner this year. However, it will only be held for the ELEVATE 2024 achievers. Only the FESTA World Convention ticket is sold to the general membership this year.

Can I buy more than one ticket?

Yes. PurplePass allows you to purchase up to 10 tickets at a time. You can buy tickets in place of other people.

Can I buy tickets for guests/prospects?

Yes, this event is for everyone!

Do I have to book my own hotel? 

Yes, you will have to book your own hotel. We recommend locations close to the Yokohama Arena.

If I purchased a PurplePass ticket and I subsequently achieve ELEVATE 2024, will I be reimbursed for the ticket price?

If you become an ELEVATE 2024 achiever, yes, your FESTA World Convention purchase on PurplePass will be refunded. Upon notification of ELEVATE achievement, you have 21 days to contact NPUSA by filling out the form here.

We do suggest gifting or selling your PurplePass ticket to another member, a family member, or a prospect. 

If you would like to transfer tickets to another person, please let us know who this ticket is going to and their Member ID at marketing@npusainc.com. We will change the ticketholder name for you. 

It is very important you inform us, as we check the ticketholder names when you come up to the NPUSA booth. If there is a mismatch, there will be a delay in the process. 

If I can no longer attend anymore, will I be reimbursed for the ticket price? 

If you are not an achiever, you cannot request for a refund. We suggest gifting or selling your PurplePass ticket to another member, a family member, or a prospect.

What is the check-in process for the FESTA World Convention? Where do I pick up my interpretation kit?

All PurplePass ticketholders will need to come to the NPUSA booth shown below, to trade in their tickets with a seat number slip. This slip will lead you to a seat in the NPUSA section. This is also where you will pick up your interpretation kit.

If my friend and I purchased FESTA tickets separately, can we still sit next to each other? 

The PurplePass tickets don’t correlate to specific seats. That will be decided the moment you go up to the NPUSA ticket booth at the Yokohama Arena on the day of the event. So to sit with a friend, please show up together at the NPUSA ticket booth and we will give you the consecutive seat numbers then. 

Because of the system above, you will not be able to enter alone and attempt to save seats next to you or the whole row for that matter. Each seat has a designated ticket —  full control of the seat numbers are handled at the booth. If you and your friends would like close-up seats, please show up early at the booth together with the individuals you wish to sit with.

  1. Do not shout outside the Yokohama Arena.
  2. Do not block the sidewalk in front of Yokohama Arena.
  3. Please do not sit down in the lobby area or on the stairs.
