I never got a confirmation email for my ticket purchase. What is the check-in process for FESTA World Convention?

For those who purchased the tickets, a confirmation message should have appeared on your screen once your transaction was successfully completed. Please note that a separate confirmation email is not automatically sent upon purchase.

Rest assured, if you purchased your ticket before the event sold out, a detailed follow-up email will be sent to you in the near future (closer to the event date). From there, you will also see instructions on how to go about on the day of the FESTA World Convention.

Where do I pick up my interpretation kit?

Attendees who paid for the interpretation kit rental may also pick up their kit at the NPUSA Ticket Booth on October 4th.

If I can no longer attend anymore, will I be reimbursed for the ticket price? Can I give my ticket to someone else?

FESTA World Convention tickets is non-refundable, whether you had purchased them on PurplePass or the NPUSA Mall. All sales are final, unless the event is canceled or postponed.

Attendees are permitted to transfer or sell their FESTA World Convention tickets to other individuals. The procedure for transfer is all up to the members.
